HEXA MINARET | BANTEN

Hexa Minaret is a mosque tower project located on the coastal edge of Cinangka, Anyer, Banten. Its architectural form is inspired by the structure of a beehive, where the hexagonal geometry becomes both a visual language and a spatial order. The tower rises with a symbolic height that refers to the stature of Prophet Adam AS, turning verticality into a quiet expression of remembrance. More than a marker for the mosque, the minaret also functions as a place for observing the hilal and as a visual beacon for fishermen along the coast. Through its layered openings, pointed arches, and warm hexagonal screen, the tower stands between worship, time, and the sea. It becomes a vertical sign in the landscape, guiding the eye upward while remaining rooted in the coastal life around it.
