Serba Susu Lembang is a pop-up store project for a Bandung-based souvenir company, located inside Trans Studio Mall Bandung. The design translates the character of the products into spatial and visual elements, creating a retail experience that feels playful, bright, and easy to recognize. The front counter takes inspiration from the soft curve of a bolu roll, forming a wavy surface that becomes the main gesture of the store. One of its most iconic elements is the oversized milk tank, designed to wrap the existing column while also functioning as a housing for the chiller. Through this approach, product identity, display needs, and existing site conditions are combined into a compact and memorable pop-up store.
