Baubiru emerges from Indonesia’s maritime spirit and Sulawesi’s tectonic origins in Mandar, West Sulawesi. The name combines bau (scent and blessing) and biru (the sea). Together, they mean “the aroma of goodness” from Eastern Indonesia. Inspired by Sandeq boats, Baubiru navigates tradition and change. It carries Indonesian coffee into contemporary creative culture. This spirit mirrors Sulawesi’s rich and layered diversity. Like Bauhaus, Baubiru unites agriculture and creativity to inspire communities.
